FAQ

I got my eyebrows done somewhere else, can you do my touch-up?

Unfortunately, for many reasons, I am not able to touch-up foreign work.

What is the process like?

I will start by taking before photos. Then, based on the procedure, I will predraw the shape and then once the shape is agreed upon, I will get started. I will chose a color that will best match your natural hair color with consideration of your skin completion. When the procedure is completed i will take photos and go over after care instructions.

How long does it take to heal?

The outer layer of the skin where the scabbing and the peeling occurs can take about 1-2 weeks for the entire healing processes, on average can take about 4-6 weeks. Others can take longer depending on the individual’s health.

Do I need to do anything to my brows before the appointment?

Once you’ve booked your appointment do not tweeze or shave your eyebrows. The more grown out they are the better.

Are you licensed/certified?

Yes, I am certified and licensed.

Does the tattoo process hurt?

You can experience minimum to no pain. A topical anesthetic is used to minimize pain, but it will very amongst each individual.

What if I have to reschedule?

If you have to reschedule you can use your for a future appointment, but we ask you give at least 48-hour notice if possible.

Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

I ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your appointment.

How long will my eyebrows last?

How long your work lasts will depend on your skin type and how dark you go. After the touch up its expected to last years depending on your skin routine and how often you expose your skin to the sun. Retinol and exfoliating products will cause them to fade faster. It cant take 6 months- 3 years.

What if I don’t like the result?

If you don’t like the result and the decision you made, the touch up does not need to be done. The pigmented area will naturally fad over time (which varies per individual). I you are not 100% sure you would benefit from this procedure, please opt for more temporary options.

Do I need a touch up?

A touch up is not required and varies. Although a touch up is not required, a perfect result with one session is also not realistic expectation. I prefer to do a second session to make sure that everything looks good and fix any areas that didn’t hold the ink.

Do I need to take time off work?

There’s no downtime with the treatment. Some redness and swelling will dissipate within an hour after the treatment. Your brows will appear darker initially.
